As part of the massive rebuild of the Santa Rosa community after the October 8, 2017 Tubbs Fire, this property located atop Skyfarm ridge overlooking the Santa Rosa Plain, was purchased by clients of the firm. After more than a year of planning, permitting and collaboration of the design team, the project began construction in 2021. As the Landscape Architect, INTEGRA+ was instrumental in site planning, grading, and incorporating all features desired by the client into this once-in-a-lifetime project. INTEGRA+ was involved during construction with custom design features, putting green layout, water wall design and much more. Collaboration with the clients was instrumental in completing a successful project that wrapped up in late November, 2023.
