This community center and multi-purpose center required conceptual design, design development, and construction documents which were all coordinated by Ric Hendricks. Working with the community and various governing agencies, Ric led the project and was responsible for the overall project coordination, sub-consultant oversight, regulation compliance, and quality control. The design process included site inventory, data gathering, community engagement, site development, central irrigation system design, specifications, cost estimating, and construction observation.

The 2-acre community center includes an enclosed seating/dining area adjacent to the community building, a central courtyard area with a gazebo, and a large lawn for weddings and community events, monument signage, and lighting. Within the center complex is an aquatic center with a 25-meter competition pool, shallow toddler pool, picnic area with shade structure, and changing/restroom facilities.
