This project transformed the landscape of a residential property overlooking the ocean into a serene and modern retreat. The design emphasizes clean lines and thoughtful geometry, softened by flowing plantings that create a relaxed, natural feel. Native grasses, succulents, and weathered steel elements bring texture and visual interest while echoing the coastal environment.

Site challenges—including salty ocean air, erosion, and local wildlife—were addressed with hardy, low-maintenance plantings that provide year-round beauty. Central gathering areas, pathways, and garden rooms frame the views and create intimate spaces that complement the home, offering a seamless connection between architecture and landscape.
