INTEGRA+ provided landscape architecture services for the Dublin Transit Center Parking Garage, enhancing the site’s functionality and visual appeal while supporting multimodal transportation. The design included a public entry plaza with decorative paving, integrated seating, and lighting, offering a welcoming pedestrian experience. The plaza was also planned to accommodate future vendor kiosks such as coffee stands, supporting long-term activation of the space. INTEGRA+ incorporated short-term bike racks and secure long-term bike lockers to encourage active transportation.

A key focus of the landscape design was sustainability. INTEGRA+ worked closely with the civil engineer to integrate bioretention areas planted with drought-tolerant species and supported by a highly efficient irrigation system. Accessible pathways and a security fence were also incorporated to ensure the space met safety and ADA standards. Principal-in-charge Ric J. Hendricks led the design through construction documentation, bidding, and administration, ensuring the landscape scope aligned seamlessly with the broader transit-oriented development goals.
