Michael Cook developed the construction documentation and specifications for the park, including cost estimation
for valuing the dedication to the City of Cotati. After several years of the recession, a local developer purchased the property and started building the entire development. At this time, Mike had been retained as the City of Cotati’s On-Call Landscape Architect and was providing plan check and inspection services for the City. Mike was asked to inspect and audit each lot and the park parcel for the City as a City consultant. Working through the development requirements, the park was built per the plans and dedicated to the City of Cotati, upon certification by Michael.
