Cytomax Fields is a 9-acre soccer complex. This project included the preliminary design and construction documents for two full-size synthetic fields, a 500-SF. clubhouse, warm-up areas, bleacher seating with shade structure, concessions picnic area with a shade structure. The complex was also completed with field and pedestrian lighting, security fencing, and ADA pedestrian circulation. Additional services included client and sub-consultant coordination, site inventory, site development, bubble diagrams, sketches, renderings, elevations, master irrigation plan, construction plans, specification and estimates (PS&E), bid assistance, bid schedule, and construction observation.
